To add a professional looking email address such as info@, enquiries@, sales@ to your web hosting account, follow these steps. I will show you how to add an email address and forward it to any email address.
Step by Step:
In your web hosting (Blacknight) –
Click Add New Email Address –
Add Your Name to the Display Name (e.g Your name/ company name etc) –
Click the drop down menu –
Select your website –
Add the email name info@ – enquiries@ – yourname@ –
Enter a Password –
Re-Enter The Password –
Click Next –
Review your information –
Select the Checkbox for email forwarding –
Enter the email address you want the email to be forwarded to –
Click send notification. This will send the email to your hotmail / gmail etc –
Enter the email address to be forwarded to –
Click send test email –
Select this to send a test email to your email account –
When done Click Next –
Review the info and click finish
